What should I provide?
Your manuscript and any other supplementary documents that you may have ready. You will only need to upload your manuscript here and our system will detect the word count and language.
What if my manuscript isn’t ready or what if I just want to check prices?
No worries! You can click the “I will upload my files later” and you can upload your files when you are ready

- Confirm your language and word count if the fields have been populated from your file upload. Otherwise, please enter your language and word count
- Select Chinese, Spanish or Portuguese as your language to see the service options for Academic Translation
- Select English, for our Standard, Premium and Scientific editing service options. Choose your service level and click next to proceed
- Looking for non-editing services like Journal Recommendation or Figure & Table Formatting services? Click the “I don’t want English editing” checkbox and proceed
What should I expect from this part of the order process?
Your language and word count should already be filled in but in case it’s not, please do so and confirm the details. From there, you should see our three service level options.

Order Details
We need your information to provide you what you need
- If you haven’t already uploaded your manuscript at Step 1, please do so here. Please also upload any other figure or table files if you have selected Figure or Table formatting services
- If you have any other files for use by the editors for reference, please upload at this stage as well and check Yes where it asks “Do you have any other files for our reference?”
- For the manuscript details, please give the title of your manuscript as well as select the type of English it was written in or preferred by the target journal. Fill in the Journal Information if you have a target journal for your figures or tables.
- If you are looking to have your manuscript translated, please fill out the Project information area and select the relevant area of study
- Please fill out any of the relevant optional questions to your manuscript. The more complete the optional questions are filled out, the better we can service you
What do you need from me to complete my order?
Your manuscript, manuscript title, your style of English, and any other relevant files for reference that do not need to be edited. If you have selected an additional service like Journal Recommendation, please be prepared to answer more questions to properly complete your order.
