About the Speakers

Melissa P. Wu, PhD, Senior Vice President, Operations at Seeding Labs

Melissa oversees Seeding Labs' operations and its grant-based partnerships. She has evaluated grant applications for their Instrumental Access and smaller programs for over 4 years. Previously, she edited and taught research communications at Harvard Medical School's Office for Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnership, Journal of Emerging Investigators, and AJE.

Christina Viola Srivastava, Director of Program Implementation and Evaluation at Seeding Labs

Christina directs the application and partner selection process at Seeding Labs, and she also plays a key role in new project program development as well as monitoring and evaluation. She has more than 14 years of experience as an evaluator of research programs and portfolios, first with the consulting firm Abt Associates, Inc. and later with the Science and Technology Policy Institute.
